When placing an order by any method i.e. phone, email, fax or through the website, ALWAYS expect a confirmation. Please make certain that any special requests or instructions are prominent . Include your company name on all orders.
Prior to Proservice and/or Prodiaper’s acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. The receipt by you of an order confirmation is notification of order completion.
Proservice and/or Prodiaper reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Proservice and/or Prodiaper, for any reason. Proservice and/or Prodiaper reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification.
All prices displayed on the Prodiaper.net Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. Proservice and/or Prodiaper will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax.
Proservice and/or Prodiaper reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered on the Prodiaper.net without incurring any obligation to you.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price on our website due to typographical error, Proservice and/or Prodiaper shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Proservice and/or Prodiaper shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
To qualify for quantity discounts you may mix & match (covers). There is a minimum order of 12 wraps &/or 3 dozen diapers on any order.
Most
products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returned products must be in original condition, including invoice and note
explaining reason for return. Customers are responsible for securely shipping
products returned to Proservice and/or Prodiaper. Actual shipping costs (both
ways) and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Please notify us of damaged merchandise
within 72 hours. We will refund shipping charges if the return is a result of
our error.
Non-Returnable Products:
Laundered
items are not returnable for reasons of health and hygiene.
Unauthorized returns and returns showing wear will be refused.
When considering refunds due to returned product to you, please remember that Proservice/Prodiaper will determine the product refundable status after testing if defects are not visible. We suggest more frequent changing may alleviate some unrealistic expectations of the products.
We will be happy to answer all your questions about our products prior to your purchase.
We are TWO different companies, so when ordering covers AND diapers you will receive TWO different invoices (although they may be in the same box)
